Charlie Sheen Assaulted at His Los Angeles Home By Neighbor

Two and a Half Men and Bookie star Charlie Sheen was allegedly assaulted at his Los Angeles home by a neighbor, according to Deadline. Initially reported by The UK’s Sky Newspaper, they say that Sheen’s female neighbor has been arrested and is now accused of allegedly assaulting Sheen. She is set to make an appearance in court today.

As per Sky News, the alleged assault happened on Wednesday afternoon, and police have verified that: “Upon contacting the parties involved, deputies identified Charlie Sheen as a victim of assault.”

The individual charged is named Electra Schrock, and she was arrested for alleged assault with a deadly weapon. The assailant likely wanted to create great bodily harm as well as residential burglary to Sheen.

TMZ stated that the woman allegedly forced her way into Sheen’s home as he was opening the door. She then allegedly began ripping his shirts and even allegedly tried to strangle him. Sheen was said to be unharmed in the incident.

Sheen, whose turbulent personal life cost him his job on the hit CBS TV show Two in a Half Men during the early 2010s, just recently sat down with Deadline to talk about the pleasure of joining again with that show’s creator, Chuck Lorre (The Big Bang Theory, The Kominsky Method) on Bookie and how he’d be eager to say yes to doing another project with Lorre.

“If he decided, ‘Hey man, let’s finish how we started,’ if he said that, I’m asking where and when… And then whatever happens after that, whatever the results are, and if people love it or hate it, that’s out of my hands. But just on my observations, I have it on pretty good authority that they would enjoy it.” said Sheen

Bookie follows a veteran bookie from LA, portrayed by comedian Sebastian Maniscalco (Complete Savages, The Comedy Store) named Danny. He is grappling to survive the forthcoming legalization of sports gambling and his unreliable clients, family life and co-workers alongside his muscled, ex-NFL sidekick, Ray, portrayed by Omar J. Dorsey (Queen Sugar, Harriet). Sheen has appeared as himself in two episodes since its release late last month.
