During a Hot Ones Versus video by First We Feast, Charlie Cox (The Defenders, The Theory of Everything) and Vincent D’Onofrio (Full Metal Jacket, Men in Black) face off against each other, eating some of the spiciest wings while answering personal questions about both themselves and the upcoming new season of Disney’s Daredevil: Born Again. For the past decade, the two actors have portrayed bitter rivals in the Daredevil franchise and now they face agaisnt each other by telling the truth when asked a question of eating wings with whoever eats the most wings losing.
In the video, the actors talk about their relationship both on and off set while asking each other questions. It starts with D’Onofrio saying to Cox, ” You’ve been playing the role of Daredevil for over a decade. What warning would you give to a younger Charli Cox about playing a Marvel superhero all these years?” Cox jokingly responded, ” oh that’s easy. That’s an easy question. Um, I wish Id Stared stretching earlier. That’s become really important, I do it every day, stretch every day.”
The video continues with them trying to answer hard questions, such as D’Onofrio voicing some of his most notable characters and Cox trying to figure out which character it is. Next, Cox asks what body part hurt her the most during set with D’Onofrio, stating it was his shoulder. Cox proceeds to explain that on the set of Daredevil: Born Again, one of the hardest things is pretending to throw a punch and then, at the last second, missing the other actor.

Daredevil: Born Again follows Matt Murdock played by Cox as a defense attorney navigating a crisis of faith after a tragic loss, while Wilson Fisk played by D’Onofrio rises to power as Mayor of New York City, outlawing vigilantism. The second season of the series will feature Fisk and D’Onofrio alongside Margarita Levieva (The Lincoln Lawyer, The Invisible), Genneya Walton (Never Have I Ever, Candy Cane Lane), Deborah Ann Woll (True Blood, Escape Room), Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones, Breaking Bad) and many others.
The second season of Daredevil: Born Again will premiere on Disney+ on March 24.
