Another country hopeful is making her way to Nashville.
Chaley Rose has been cast in the role of Zoey, a childhood friend of Scarlett O’Connor (Clare Bowen). Like Scarlett, Zoey “also has dreams of making it big as a singer,” the ABC show announced Tuesday via Twitter. TVLine previously reported that the new character would follow in Scarlett’s footsteps in more ways than one, taking on her previous job as a waitress at The Bluebird.
Rose recently appeared on an episode of Anger Management and can next be seen in the film “36 Saints”.
The Emmy-nominated drama series, which recently expanded its cast even further, returns for its second season this fall.
