CBS has announced its entire new fall TV schedule, according to Comicbook.com. Tracker will still be airing on Sunday nights with new episodes, but it will be one of the shows leading the prime-time programming of the channel. Tracker is now airing at 9 pm ET on Sunday nights, right after The Equalizer. In the fall, Tracker will still be on Sunday nights, but then it will be airing on 8pm ET instead, right after popular series 60 Minutes.
According to Comicbook.com, this gives a huge opportunity to Tracker, because the 8pm ET time slot on Sunday nights is the one that is reserved for huge and popular shows. Now the series will be proving that it can have a bigger audience.
According to Comicbook.com, the synopsis of the series states, “Tracker stars Justin Hartley (This Is Us, Smallville, Revenge) as Colter Shaw, a lone-wolf survivalist who roams the country as a reward seeker, using his expert tracking skills to help private citizens and law enforcement solve all manner of mysteries while contending with his own fractured family. The series is based on the bestselling novel The Never Game by Jeffery Deaver (The Bone Collector, Dead Silence).”
Tracker’s first season is currently streaming on CBS.
