CBS drops the midseason trailer for the series Boston Blue. The series will return after its cliffhanger ending back in 2025. Perphaps the midseason will give answers regarding the cliffhanger ending back in 2025.
For those who do not know Boston Blue is a series that tells a story about Detective Danny Reagan who joins the Boston PD after transfering from the NYPD. He partners with Detective Lena Silver, the oldest daughter of a notable Boston law enforcement family. In the teaser we our give a first look at the actor Len Cariou (When They See Us, Bumblebee), standing alongside Donnie Wahlberg (Blue Bloods, New Kids on the Block: Kids). According to TVLine, it was confirmed that Cariou will appear in episode 13 of the series along with Marisa Ramirez (Blue Bloods, Boston Blue) in epoisode 15 in April, and Bridget Moynahan (Swipe NYC, And Just Like That…) will appear in episode 17 in May. Where we last saw everything in the show, Jonah was gunned down by Ronan Flaherty. Co-creator Brandon Sonnier (Alert: Missing Persons Unit, Accused) had this to say when it comes to the midseason opener, “come back to the moment where we leave off… Jonah is standing there covered in blood, Danny is asking for a BPD badge, Lena is wondering what the hell happened, and Sean is in the mix.”
