The NFL and Netflix announced Beyonce Knowles-Carter (Single Ladies, Dreamgirls) as the highly anticipated halftime performer for the Ravens-Texans game on Christmas Day, according to Variety. Football and music fans alike can join the event live. For those who may miss it, or want to experience it a second time, replays of the performance will be limited.

According to Variety, to catch the performance, viewers can tune in live on December 25 during the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans’ game, set to begin at 4:30 p.m. ET. Queen Bey’s Christmas performance will showcase her first live renditions of tracks from Cowboy Carter, performing at NRG Stadium in her hometown of Houston.

As part of its growing live sports strategy, Netflix secured global rights to the NFL’s Christmas Day 2024 games, reports Variety. The Kansas City Chiefs will face the Pittsburgh Steelers at 1 p.m. ET before the Ravens and Texans. Under Netflix’s agreement with the NFL, the two Christmas games will expire three hours after the livestream ends in the U.S. Beyoncé’s performance and the Ravens-Texans game will no longer be available on Netflix after 11 p.m. ET, with a 24-hour window for international viewers.

Few details are available about Beyoncé’s Christmas halftime show, though Variety reports she will feature “special guests” from Cowboy Carter. A two-time Super Bowl performer, Beyoncé previously headlined halftime in 2013 and 2016.

As anticipation builds for the performance, fans can expect Beyoncé to deliver an unforgettable show, blending her signature style with surprises. Her previous Super Bowl halftime appearances have set the bar high, making this Christmas performance one to watch closely.
