Bruce Willis is preparing to be picked apart, as he is the next target of Comedy Central’s traditional roast. The Comedy Central Roast of Bruce Willis (#BruceWillisRoast) will tape this summer in Los Angeles. Comedy Central has yet to announce when the special will air. “This ain’t the first time I’ll be tied to a chair and held hostage by a group of humorless assholes for a couple hours,” Willis chuckled.
The Diehard star can be seen in the recently released Death Wish, Eli Roth’s revamped version of the 1974 genre classic. He will also reprise his role from M. Night Shyamalan’s Unbreakable in the upcoming film Glass.
“Bruce has survived terrorists, Armageddon, romance and death itself. Yet, nothing has prepared him for this Roast,” said Kent Alterman, President, Comedy Central.
The Comedy Central Roast Of Bruce Willis will be executive produced by Joel Gallen from Tenth Planet Productions, who was also the Executive Producer and Director for the Comedy Roasts of other legends such as, Rob Lowe, Justin Bieber, James Franco, Charlie Sheen, Donald Trump and the Emmy-nominated Comedy Central Roast of William Shatner.
