Comedian Bo Burnham (Eighth Grade) released 63-minutes of deleted material from his 2021 Netflix special Bo Burnham: Inside Monday, according to Variety. Burnham announced the outtakes through his Twitter account.
Inside was written, directed, shot, sound edited and cut together by Burnham throughout the COVID-19 pandemic within his own home. The special followed Burnham’s everyday life in isolation during the pandemic, during which he explored themes of deteriorating mental health, the ongoing social movements of the time and his relationship with the Internet. It was released May 2021.

Alongside the original special’s release, Burnham also unveiled the original music in an album titled “Inside (The Songs). The video featuring the original’s outtakes was released to YouTube Monday evening and is just 24 minutes shorter than the original Inside special.
