Bibury Animation Studios And Shonen Jump’s Upcoming Anime ‘Witch Watch’ Has Released Its Poster And Official Trailer

Witch Watch is finally coming to anime lovers. Shonen Jump has released the official trailer and poster for the upcoming anime, Comicbook.com reports. This was announced after various rumors were circulating on social media about Witch Watch being adapted into anime. Fans are eager to see what the anime will be like, as it’s scheduled to release in April 2025.

The teaser trailer for Witch Watch, according to Comicbook.com, was released on Monday morning, and a special poster was posted also, as stated beforehand. It has been confirmed that the team at Shueisha has been working alongside Bibury Animation Studios on developing Witch Watch. The cast includes voice actors Ryota Suzuki (Wind Breaker, Tsurune) as the character of Morihito, Rina Kawaguchi (Dark Gathering, Kizuna No Allele) as Nico, Tomori Kusunoki (Anima Yell!, Assassins Pride) as Nemu and Kohei Amasaki (Wistoria: Wand and Sword, Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury) as Kanshi. According to Comicbook.com, the Witch Watch manga was released on Shonen Jump around February 2021, and it was one of the most-sold mangas at Shueisha. The manga focuses on Nico Wakatsuki, teenage witch who moves into a new home with Morihito Otogi, her best friend, who turns into her familiar (creatures that are able to provide guidance to their human companion). As the story goes on, the two friends go through different adventures as Nico’s feelings for Morihito turn into love. The poster is available to see here.
