Apple TV+’s Original Comedy ‘Mythic Quest’ Releases Season Three Trailer Preceding Its Global Debut

On October 11, Apple TV+ revealed the trailer for the remarkably anticipated third season of its hit comedy, Mythic Quest. The premiere of the third season will contain ten episodes, followed by one new episode every week from November 11 through January 6, 2023.

“Season three of Mythic Quest observes a group of video game developers that are assigned the task of building worlds, molding heroes, and creating legends, but the most hard-fought battles don’t occur in the game–they occur in the office. In this season, Ian, played by Rob McElhenney (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Latter Days), and Poppy, played by Charlotte Nicdao (Thor: Ragnarok, Please Like Me),  maneuver the gaming world and their partnership at the newly-established GrimPop Studios. At the same time, Dana, played by Imani Hakim (Everybody Hates Chris, The Gabby Douglas Story), is compelled to act as a mediator to her supervisors’ perpetual squabbling. Meanwhile at Mythic Quest, David, played by David Hornsby (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Good Girls), adjusts to his new position as the boss, where he genuinely recognizes himself as in charge for the first time,” announced Apple TV+ in their press release.

In addition to the season three story, Jo, played by Jessie Ennis (Life of the Party, Better Call Saul), is returning as David’s assistant–more devoted and vigorous than before and Carol, played by Naomi Ekperigin (Me Time, Broad City), makes an effort to evaluate where she blends in after a new promotion. Also, at Berkeley, Rachel, played by Ashly Burch (Attack on Titan, Horizon Zero Dawn), stumbles to balance her morals with capitalism, while Brad, played by Danny Pudi (Duck Tales, Star Trek Beyond), who is post-prison, attempts to return to society as a rehabilitated man.

“Mythic Quest is way better off without them,” Brittlesbee declares in the trailer, according to Deadline.

Mythic Quest also stars Ekperigin, who has been recruited to the series as a regular for the upcoming season. Guest stars for the new season comprise Joe Manganiello (Zack Snyder’s Justice League, Magic Mike XXL), Lindsey Kraft (NCIS, Getting On), and Casey Sander (The Big Bang Theory, Home Improvement).
