Annabeth Gish to Reprise Role of Dr. Sullivan in Season Two of Max’s ‘Pretty Little Liars’ Reboot

According to Deadline, Annabeth Gish (Brotherhood, Mayfair Witches) will be returning as her Pretty Little Liars character, Dr. Sullivan, in the second season of Pretty Little Liars: Original SinMax’s reboot of the series. The second season of the reboot is entitled Pretty Little Liars: Summer School and is currently in production.

The original PLL series first aired on Freeform on June 8, 2010 and ran for six seasons, the finale airing on June 27, 2017.

PLL: Original Sin premiered on July 28, 2022 and is created by Lindsay Calhoon Bring (PLL: Summer School, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina) and Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa (Riverdale, Katy Keene). It is more of a slasher take on the original franchise and follows five new liars in the fictional town of Millwood, PA.

Season one of the reboot takes place 20 years after tragic events shocked the town of Millwood. The group of girls are tormented by an anonymous assailant — a new A — to pay for their sins as well as the sins their mothers committed years ago.

It stars Bailee Madison (Good Witch, The Fosters) as Imogen Adams, Chandler Kinney (The Haunted Hathaways, Lethal Weapon) as Tabby Haworthe, Zaria  (Black-ish, Two Distant Strangers) as Faran Bryant, Maia Reficco (Club 57, Kally’s Mashup) as Noa Olivar, Lea Salonga (Mulan, My Neighbor Totoro) as Elodie Honrada, Sharon Leal (The Good Doctor, Suits) as Sidney Haworthe, Mallory Bechtel (Hereditary, Known Fear) as Karen/Kelly Beasley, Elena Goode (As the World Turns, The Husband) as Marjorie Olivar, Alex Aiono (A Lot of Nothing, Royal Crush) as Shawn Noble, and Eric Johnson (The Knick, Vikings) as Sheriff Tom Beasley.

PLL: Summer School is executive produced by original PLL creator Marlene King (Ravenswood, Famous in Love), as well as Gina Girolamo (You, 666 Park Avenue), Aguirre-Sacasa, Calhoon Bring, Michael Grassi (Riverdale, Schitt’s Creek), and Leslie Morgenstein (The Clique, Work It). It is produced by Alloy Entertainment in association with Warner Bros. Television and Muckle Man Productions.
