Last night’s episode of AMC’s Fear The Walking Dead was Alycia Debnam-Carey’s (The Hundred) last. The actress, who has been starring in the show as Alicia Clark since its start in 2015, announced on social media that she will not be returning to the drama series.
Her exit from the series has been speculated since it was announced that she would be cast in the upcoming Hulu series, Series X, earlier this month, according to Deadline. Debnam-Carey will be playing the lead charcater in the upcoming series, which was originally set to go to Victoria Pedretti (You).
In the last episode, Clark goes through an intense battle not to become a zombie, but with the help of a younger version of herself, she survives and sets off on a new mission.
Debnam-Carey posted a long message on Instagram confirming her exit from the The Walking Dead spinoff series.
