Alex Newell from ‘Glee’ has Signed a Contract with Atlantic Records

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the singer-actor has signed a contract with Atlantic Records.

Alex Newell, who plays the role of Wade “Unique” Adams in Fox’s musical drama Glee, has signed contract with Atlantic Records. Newell will continue his relationship with Adam Anders, the executive music producer of the series.

Craig Kallaman, the CEO and chairman of Atlantic Records said, “Alex is such an undeniable talent with one of the most unique and distinct voices I’ve heard in a long time.”

“I am thrilled to join this new family and take another step in my career,” said Newell, “Singing is my passion and to now have the opportunity to make my own music is a dream come true! I can’t thank my new Atlantic and Deep Well family enough for welcoming me with open arms.” The 21-year-old actor is also featured in the Huffington Pictures movie, Geography Club.
