‘Agatha: All Along’ Revives Biggest Controversial Character Return Into The MCU

The mystical hit Marvel series Agatha All Along, which follows the mischievous title character and her coven, revealed the shocking return of Ralph Bohner, played by Evan Peters (X-Men: Apocalypse). According to Comicbook, Peters made his appearance in the fifth episode of Wandavision. He was one of the residents within Westview and transformed to play Wanda’s brother, Pietro Maximoff. In the latest episode, viewers see the character in a total mess when he has a discussion with William Kaplan/Billy Maximoff, played by Joe Locke (Heartstopper), regarding his experience with Westview and Agatha.

According to Comicbook, the return of Ralph Bohner is a bold move by Marvel Studios, and it has sparked a lot of debate among fans, with some seeing his return as unnecessary. However, others see it as a fun and unexpected twist within the series. The series takes a different approach from others; rather than there being big battles, it is more character-driven and delves not only into the main cast but also into the side characters. Whether fans will embrace this new take on Ralph remains to be seen. Some may still find his presence jarring, while others may appreciate the opportunity to see him in a different context.

The episode delves into the Westview anomaly from the previous series and the character shift of William into Billy. In addition, the episode also displays his connection with the rest of the characters, such as Alice, played by Ali Ann (Raising Dion), Lilia, played by Patti LuPone (Glee) and Jennifer, played by Sasheer Zamata (Home Economics). The remaining trials the group will face on the Witches’ Road remain a mystery but will test each of them mentally and physically. All current episodes of the mystical thriller series are available to stream on Disney+, with new episodes released every Wednesday.
