If you are looking for something to do before the summer ends, then you might be able to catch Adult Swim’s Drive-In in a city near you
Starting August 18 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Adult Swim will be launching its Drive-In 2016 event. At each of the 10 stops during the five-week period, Adult Swim will be hosting a drive-in for fans 18+ and will feature exclusive sneak peeks at unaired episodes, never-before-seen pilots and specials and more.
Adult Swim is basic cable’s #1 network among millennials and is the cable network that takes over Cartoon Network every night from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. and runs more adult cartoons, syndicated shows, and anime.
At the drive-in, fans can enjoy exclusive content which will be shown on 40-foot inflatable screens. And according to Adult Swim’s press release, the content will be periodically updated during the tour. Anyone 18+ can enter for free after RSVPing online.
The tour will also have food trucks (although I doubt one will be run by Bob Belcher), free popcorn, games and prizes. Those who attend are welcome to bring their own picnic dinners.
