According to Deadline, american actor Jansen Panettiere (Love and Love Not, Racing Stripes, The Babysitters) has passed away and was pronounced dead on Sunday, February 19, 2023 in New York. He followed his sister, Hayden Panettiere (Racing Stripes, Scream, Scooby Doo and the Goblin King), in a career in show business. Jansen was only twenty eight years old at his time of passing. A representative for Panettiere confirmed the unpleasant news although he didn’t disclose the cause of death or any other details about the subject.
Panettiere was born September 25, 1994, in Palisades, New York; he first appeared in a Disney Channel sitcom Even Stevens starring a child version of actor Shia LaBeouf (The Peanut Butter Falcon, Transformers, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull) in 2002. Panettiere started his career in voice acting and is accredited to shows in 2003 such as Hope & Faith and Third Watch. Building up his reputation in the children’s television scene he started voice acting and was cast as a recurring character Periwinkle on Blue’s Clues in 2004.
Panettiere continued his talents as a voice actor and was hired to voice varying characters on well-known projects like Ice Age: The Meltdown, 100 Things To Do Before Middle School, The X’s, and Robots. He was hired for several other less notable projects but further built his reputation in the child and animated entertainment industries.
He eventually drifted into more on-screen roles, playing a part in The Babysitters and Major Crimes; Panettiere also was in an episode of The Walking Dead in 2019 and was nominated for a Young Artist Award for his work on a Nickelodeon series The Last Day of Summer. Most recently he earned a credit in the film Love and Love Not in 2022, along with roles he had in other projects currently in production.
Panettiere was also an experimental artist posting his creations on social media and on his own website. He has several works of abstract art and accomplished many feats in life. He even merchandised his art on his website.
