TVLine says the network will be limiting next-day online acess to full episodes, starting Monday, January 6.
From January 6 on, only the users who can verify their cable subscription to ABC and the Hulu Plus premium service will be able to access the full episodes the following day.
For all the other users, new episodes will only become available a full week after they air on TV, which means they will have to wait and be subject to spoilers.
Nothing will change in terms of the availabitly of purchasable episodes through iTunes or Amazon Instant Video or in terms of on-demand viewings.
ABC was, up until now, the network who had the “most regular and wide availabitily” of full-episodes streaming.
