According to Deadline, ABC has announced midseason premiere dates for its new and returning series. The series includes American Idol and High Potential, as well as new seasons of Will Trent and The Rookie, and the series premiere of the anticipated Scrubs reboot. American Idol will be returning to the network for its 24th season with judges Carrie Underwood (Soul Surfer, How I Met Your Mother), Luke Bryan (Country Girl, Buy Dirt) and Lionel Richie (Stuck on You, We Are the World) and host Ryan Seacrest (Shrek Forever After, Knocked Up).

As per Deadline, the Scrubs reboot starring Zach Braff (Garden State, A Good Person), Donald Faison (Clueless, The Exes) and Sarah Chalke (Firefly Lane, Rick and Morty) will be airing with two back-to-back episodes, taking over the slot left by Shifting Gears. Will Trent and The Rookie will be coming back paired up on Tuesday nights with High Potential, which returns for the continuation of its second installment. Abbott Elementary is back with its fifth season on Wednesday, Jan. 7 at 8:30 PM, following Shifting Gears.

According to Deadline, Dramas 9-1-1, 9-1-1: Nashville and Grey’s Anatomy will return to the Thursday night lineup on January 8. Celebrity Wheel of Fortune resumes its sixth season at 8 PM on Friday, Jan. 9, followed by 20/20 at 9 PM.
