A Workaholic has found a job on Modern Family.
Vulture reports that Adam DeVine has been cast as a male nanny on the popular ABC comedy series. His “manny” character will be taking care of Gloria (Sofia Vergara) and Jay’s (Ed O’Neill) youngest son, Joe, who was born last season. DeVine will appear on a recurring basis throughout the upcoming season.
A co-creator and star of Comedy Central’s Workaholics, DeVine has appeared on a number of other television series, including Community, Arrested Development and Samantha Who?. He also had a role in last year’s hit film, “Pitch Perfect”, showing off both his musical and comedic talent.
Modern Family’s fifth season is scheduled to debut Wednesday, September 25 on ABC.
