According to TVLine, the trailer for No Good Deed was released by Netflix on Thursday. TVLine states that the Liz Feldman (Dead to Me, One Big Happy) series is scheduled to be released on Thursday, December 12, 2024. The main characters Lydia and Paul Morgan are played by Lisa Kudrow (Friends, Easy A) and Ray Romano (Everybody Loves Raymond, Ice Age). Watch the trailer below! 

The trailer consists of Lydia and Paul spying on the potential house-buyers while adding snarky comments about their appearance as they want the right people to buy the house. The trailer shows viewers glimpses and pieces of conversations between three different couples who plan on buying the house, showcasing their personalities and intentions behind their move. However, as time passes, viewers sense the reason behind why Paul and Lydia want to sell the house, further spiriling this dark comedy. Suspense, comedy, and a bit of thriller all mixed into one show that will have fans glued to the screen. 

The logline for the dark comedy via Netflix is as follows: “When Lydia and Paul decide to move on from their empty nest to forge a new life, they list their gorgeous 1920s Spanish-style villa located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Los Angeles – and the real estate frenzy begins. Multiple families all race to buy what they believe to be their dream house, convinced it will fix all of their very different problems. But as Lydia and Paul know all too well, sometimes the home of your dreams can be a true nightmare. As they struggle to hide the dark and dangerous secrets that linger inside their longtime home, Paul and Lydia begin to realize that the only way they’ll escape the past is to finally face it.”

Guest stars include Chloe East (Jessica Darling’s It List, Popular Theory), Kate Moennig (The L Word, Everybody’s Fine), Kevin Alves (Yellowjackets, Fear Street Part One: 1994), Linda Lavin (The Intern, The Back-Up Plan), Matt Rogers (I Love That for You, Fire Island), Rory Scovel (I Feel Pretty, Physical) and Wyatt Aubrey (Generation). 

As stated by TVLine, Feldman will be showrunner and executive producer, along with creating No Good Deed. Other executive producers are Christie Smith (The Rehersal, Kroll Show), Jessica Elbaum (Booksmart, Hustlers), Silver Tree (Grace and Frankie, Atypical) and Will Ferrell (Elf, Step Brothers).
