The Thundermans Return, the anticipated movie of the hit Nickelodeon show The Thundermans, has released an exclusive clip, Comicbook.com reports. The clip features the return of the beloved character Cousin Blobbin, played by Harvey Guillen (Reacher, Blue Beetle, Status Update). It features a fun and quirky interaction between Blobbin, Barb, played by Rosa Blasi (Make It or Break It, Team Kaylie, The Haunted Hathaways), and Hank, played by Chris Tallman (The Haunted Hathaways, Overrun, Hotel Du Loone). The movie begins, according to Comicbook.com, with one of the superhero family’s missions failing, which is the reason why they go back to Hiddenville. Max and Phoebe want their superhero lives back, but Harb and Barb aren’t happy with that. They want to go back to living a hidden life. More supervillains are back for revenge, as The Thundermans have to get back together, despite their different plans, to save the day one last time.

“The Thundermans Return follows twins Phoebe and Max who are enjoying their superhero lifestyle in a new city, but when one ‘save’ goes awry, the Thundermans are sent back to Hiddenville. While Hank and Barb enjoy their return, Chloe develops a new friend group, and Billy and Nora begin a normal high school life, Max and Phoebe are determined to regain their superhero status. The movie features the return of show favorites, including familiar locations, and new menacing supervillains.”

The Thundermans Return will see, according to Comicbook.com, the official cast members from the previous show reprising their old roles, including Jack Griffo (Henry Danger, Alexa & Katie, The Haunted Hathaways) as Max, Kira Kosarin (Henry Danger, Knight Squad, Love Daily) as Phoebe, Diego Velazquez (The Haunted Hathaways, Zoe Valentine, Extraordinary Measures) as Billy, Addison Riecke (A Girl Named Jo, The Haunted Hathaways, The Beguiled) as Nora, Blasi, Tallman, Guillen, and Maya Le Clark (The Suicide Squad, Six Feet Above) as Chloe.

The movie’s executive producers are, via Comicbook.com, Griffo, Kosarin, Jed Spingarn (Jimmy Neutron, Big Time Rush, The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinator), David Hoge (The Thundermans, Knight Squad, Julie and the Phantoms) and Dan Cross (The Thundermans, Pair Of Kings, Julie and the Phantoms). The Thundermans Return will be available for streaming on Paramount+ in Canada, United States, the U.K., Australia, Italy, and Latin America, and it will premiere on Nickelodeon today all at the same time, around 7 PM EST.
