

More Marvel news was revealed ahead of its official Hall H panel at San Diego Comic-Con today. According to reports from New Rockstars, series VisionQuest has cast Rury Molika as Tommy aka Speed, Vision and Wanda’s son. We saw a younger version of the speedster in WandaVision played by Jett Klyne (Shaman, Malcom in the Middle: Life’s Still Unfair).
VisionQuest will see Paul Bettany (Amadeus, A Very British Scandal) return as White Vision in a journey of self discovery. The last time we saw the duplicate synthetic humanoid, he was battling Wanda’s version of Vision who reverse-engineered his memories into the clone. VisionQuest is set to be the third entry in Disney+’s Wanda trilogy, following the Kathryn Hahn (Transparent, Life, Larry and the Pursuit of Unhappiness)-led Agatha All Along.
Reporting from the “Musical Anatomy of a Superhero Movie” panel, composer Mick Giacchino (The Penguin, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew), revealed the series will showcase several themes from past MCU projects. He also cited the series will explore paternal issues between Vision, Tommy and Vision’s de facto father, James Spader’s (The Blacklist, Avengers: Age of Ultron) Ultron.
mxdwn previously reported the eight-episode series arriving on Oct. 14 will also boast Todd Stashwick (Star Trek: Picard, 12 Monkeys) as Paladin, Fahran Tahir (Jinn, The Window) as Raza and Orla Brady (Fringe, Into the Badlands) voicing F.R.I.D.A.Y. 2.0. Other familiar faces will be James D’Arcy (Cloud Atlas, Dunkirk) as Jarvis and Emily Hampshire (Schitt’s Creek, Carl Squared) as Edith.
