Episode 4 begins with Art entering a gas station to use the bathroom, where he cleans himself up a bit. When he returns to the counter to buy some snacks, a man with a gun knocks him out of the way to rob the place. Art ends up knocking the man out, seemingly gaining extra strength from the fruit.
Next, we see Sam in The Manor, when Blaine comes in and speaks with him about the funeral home. Sam tells him he was looking for proof that something killed Jack, to which Blaine suggests he check himself into The Manor, aggravating him. After a little story, Blaine informs him that Edward died in his sleep. Sam is then returned to The Boroughs and explains to Wally and Judy that Blaine is likely covering up the monster. Wally and Judy suggest telling the others, but Sam advises against this, since he likely killed Edward for trying to help, so they decide to kill the monster together.
After we see just how much the fruit is doing for Art, Wally, Judy, and Sam discuss ways to kill the creature. Wally gets the idea to get cerebrospinal fluid as bait, since he believes that is what the creature is consuming, which he gets from Sam. After Sam and Judy collect the supplies necessary to kill the creature, and some drama between Sam and his daughter Claire, Renee finds out that Hank supposedly died in a car accident. Renee then goes to speak with his son to learn more about him.

While Paz is sitting in the office, Blaine (who was talking to Hank about his behavior) comes back upstairs without Hank, so Paz takes Hank’s keycard and goes to investigate. While searching around, he comes out of a room, nearly spotting Paz. Paz then goes into the room, and sees something bizarre, before being tased by Hank and dragged off.
Finally, Sam, Wally, and Judy are finishing up the trap, when something breaks into the house. Judy goes with her gun to investigate, while Sam and Wally get the weapons on. The breaker suddenly trips, while the creature is watching them in the room. Judy comes in and shoots it, which causes the creature to run away. The trio follows the creature’s blood trail, which leads to the oven, and when they look down it, it reveals a massive tunnel.
Again, it was still pretty good and intriguing. Now we have possible revival, or cloning happening with Hank. The only thing that was odd at first is that the people somehow haven’t noticed that the oven (it looks like an old oven) has a giant tunnel in it? When you think about it though, it might only appear at certain times for the creature to go house-to-house eating brain/spine fluids. it seems likely it might be a portal between houses.
