Prime Video’s hit crime thriller series Cross, has been green lit for a third season. We will continue to see detective Alex Cross solving crimes and thwart any crime that stands in his way.
For those who don’t know, the series is an adaptation of the James Patterson (Cross, Kiss the Girls) novels under the same name. Over the course of the two seasons we have seen Cross solve crimes with ease. In the first season we saw Cross in Washington D.C. hunting down a serial killer who went by the name “Fanboy.” Cross was also balancing his role not only as a father but as a man grieving the loss of his wife. In the second season, we draw our attention to a billionaire business titan named Lance Durand who calls the FBI for protection after receiving a death threat. Detective Cross and FBI Agent Kayla Craig are in charge of a joint. mission to protect Durand and to find the killer who leaves behind gruesome clues.
The cast consists of Aldis Hodge (Leverage: Redemption, The Dutchman), Isaiah Mustafa (I Know What You Did Last Summer, Boys Kills World), Alona Tal (Fire Country, SEAL Team), Juanita Jennings (Three Colors: Pan-African, His, Hers & Ours), Samantha Walkes (Ominous, The Big Cigar), Caleb Elijah (ReVerso, True Story), Melody Hurd (The Ms. Pat Show, Young Rock), Johnny Ray Gill (W.A.L.L.D, Grand Crew), Jennifer Wigmore (Murdoch Mysteries, Malory Towers), Mercedes de la Zerda (Allegiance, Billy the Kid), Stacie Greenwell (Good American Family, NCIS: Origins), Dwain Murphy (Last Known Backup, M.E.), Matt Baram (In the Blink of an Eye, Finding Her Edge), Jeanine Mason (Chicago Fire, WondLa), Eloise Mumford (Villa Amore, Sweeter Than Chocolate), Wes Chatham (Sheriff Country, The Wayfinders), Ryan Eggold (Krapopolis, My Secret Santa), and Matthew Lillard (Daredevil: Born Again, Scream 7).
