With the highly anticipated second season of Prime Video’s Fallout fastley approaching, the series has once agains dominated the streaming charts, proving its enduring appeal. Screenrant reports, the series is based on the video game of the same name, following the journey of Lucy, played by Ella Purnell (Arcane, Yellowjackets) as she goes from the comforts of her beloved Vault 33 to the cruel wasteland.  The average ranking on Prime Video’s chart for the apocalyptic series is 8.3 and impressive 83% score on Rotten Tomatoes.

According to Screenrant, one thing that has made the Fallout series so memorable is the focus on separate stories, and how they will eventually collide with one another. Such examples being Maximus, played Aaron Moten (The Transfiguration, Father Stu), whose mission lead him meeting Lucy. Another story delved into is the Ghoul, played by Walton Goggins (Sons of Anarchy, The White Lotus) , who seems to know how the world was destroyed. The Fallout phenomenon is far from over, as the wasteland prepares for its next chapter, and audiences are already lining up to get a glimpse.

In accordance with Screenrant, throughout various countries, Fallout landed in different placements, such as in the United States at number ten, while reaching higher to number five in the Czech Republic. This renewed interest isn’t just about catching up; it’s a testament to the series’ compelling characters and intricate world-building. There was no doubt that the series would not fail, that even Amazon renewed it for a third season.

As stated by Screenrant, the upcoming season’s plot centers on Lucy and Ghoul as they embark on a journey to New Vegas to find Hank, who is played by Kyle MacLachlan (The Flintstones, Twin Peaks), in order to seek answers.The second season for Fallout is scheduled to premiere on December 17  with new episodes release every Wednesday.
