Previously on the Disney+ series Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, Peter Parker (Hudson Thames) gets his new suit, made by Harry Osborn (Zeno Robinson) and some other scientists. Pearl Pangang (Cathy Ang) gives Lonnie Lincoln (Eugene Byrd) an ultimatum: if he continues to be with the 110th Street gang, then she doesn’t want him around anymore. Lonnie accepts and decides to continue being by Big Ben Donovan’s (Leilani Barrett) side. Both Norman Osborn (Colman Domingo) and Big Ben get closer to getting Dr. Otto Octavius (Hugh Dancy) and Mac Gargan (Jonathan Medina) also known as the Scorpion. 

The next episode starts with Octavius in a cell. He’s shocked to find Norman visiting him. Norman shows him an article on his phone, which states Iron Man put Octavius in jail. However, Norman confesses he turned Octavius over to the police. Norman tells Octavius that everything he’s ever designed now belongs to Oscorp. Octavius throws a tantrum as Norman gets inside his head.

Next, we see Big Don with Lonnie and some other gang members. Don says Lonnie must prove himself to the gang. He must do this by helping the 110th steal Dr. Octavius’ confiscated equipment from Oscorp. Seeing the truck in transit with a police escort, the 110th Street Gang causes an accident in pursuit of the goods. Trying to escape, the Oscorp truck careens toward the sidewalk. At the same moment, Nico walks unbothered when she sees that the truck is about to hit her. Just then, Spider-Man shows up, stopping the truck from colliding with Nico.

Big Ben orders Lonnie and the others to pull stuff from the truck. Peter sees Lonnie and tells him he shouldn’t be there. But before anything else can happen, Gargan and his gang, The Scorpions, show up too. 

The two gangs begin fighting while Peter and Gargan have a stare-off. Gargan attacks Big Ben but before he can use his tail, Peter shoots out his web and pulls Gargan’s tail. Lonnie checks on Big Ben, asking him what they should do. Big Ben runs out of fear, leaving everyone behind.

Lonnie goes inside the truck, trying to find something to use to de-escalate the situation, but something drops, causing a gas to explode inside. Lonnie breathes it in, falling to the ground. He’s able to escape the truck but is woozy from the gas. Gargan gets a hold of Spider-Man and Lonnie fights Gargan off. Gargan attempts to stab Lonnie with his tail, but Lonnie has some type of shield on his body, caused by the gas. Peter and Lonnie work together to defeat Gargan. 

After the fight, Peter leaves to find Nico. The two of them make up. Nico is glad that Peter is okay. Peter promises her that there will be no more secrets between them. 

Peter gets home after a long day and Norman calls him. Norman thanks him for what he’s done today and tells Peter to get some rest. After the phone call, Norman has a meeting with the other scientists. We find out that Norman has taken some of Peter’s blood and created a sample to replicate his DNA as Spider-Man. 

Overall, the best part of the episode was Lonnie and Spider-Man working together to fight Gargan. The ending was very shocking, but not much of a surprise because it seemed that Norman was up to something from the beginning. What will happen now that Lonnie has that gas in his system? Will Peter find out about the DNA?
