As noted by Deadline, Fallout’s production schedule has been rescheduled for Friday as a result of the SoCal windstorms and wildfires. Initially, the filming was supposed to take place today on Wednesday but was postponed due to safety precautions. The drama series films in Santa Clarita.

Fallout relocated its production from New York to California for the second season due to receiving a 25 Million dollar tax credit. However, Santa Clarita is the windiest part of Los Angeles and since the Palisades fire is getting stronger, it is safer to stop the production for the time being. NCIS is another television series filming in Santa Clarita and no other production has been affected as of now.

The official logline of the drama television show via Deadline is as follows: “Two hundred years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind — and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird and highly violent universe waiting for them.”

The Fallout cast members consist of Aaron Moten (Mozart in the Jungle, The Transfiguration), Annabel O’Hagan (Law & Order: Special Victim Units, Rent Free), Dave Register (The Witch Files, FBI), Ella Purnell (Arcane, Yellowjackets), Frances Turner (After We Fell, Christmas Wedding Baby), Johnny Pemberton (Superstore, Adventure Time), Leslie Uggams (Deadpool & Wolverine, American Fiction), Michael Emerson (Lost, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns), Moises Arias (Hannah Montana, Five Feet Apart), Rodrigo Luzzi (You Are Here, The Dark End of the Street), Sarita Choudhury (And Just Like That, Marvel’s Jessica Jones), Walton Goggins (The White Lotus, Sons of Anarchy), Xelia Mendes-Jones (The Wheel of Time, Havoc) and Zach Cherry (Severance, You). Macaulay Culkin (Home Alone, My Girl) has been announced as recurring character in season two per mxdwn.

Fallout is based on the video grant from Bethesda Game Studios and is from Amazon MGM Studios and Kilter Films. The executive producers include Geneva Robertson-Dworet (Captain Marvel, Tomb Raider), Graham Wagner (The Office, Silicon Valley), Jonathan Nolan (The Dark Night, Person of Interest) and Lisa Joy (West world, Reminiscence). Additionally, Athena Wickham (The Peripheral, Revolution) from Bethesda Game Studios and James Altman (Super Troopers 2) for Bethesda Softworks are executive producers.
